Ingredients:

  • 200g dark chocolate – chopped
  • Vegetable oil to grease the tray

  • Malteasers – chopped

  • Skewers or lollypop sticks (trimmed wooden skewers are fine)

Homemade Valentine's gift idea - chocolate stirrersMethod:

1/ Grease the ice cube tray with the oil to prevent the chocolate from sticking.
2/ Melt the chocolate, then pour into the ice cube tray. Add your toppings, then place the skewers in the centre of each cube.

4/ Once set, remove the chocolate stirrers from the tray and stir into 200ml of hot milk to create an indulgent hot chocolate. (or simply use them as a sweet treat to dip in any hot drink!) Homemade Valentine's gift idea - chocolate stirrers
