This week I have just launched our brand new 91 Magazine gift boxes. I’ve been planning and prepping these for a few months, so it’s lovely to finally share them with the world! Here is a little more about them, why I wanted to create these and what you’ll find inside!
CURATED GIFT BOXES
In the last year or two I’ve found myself being drawn to gifts that are a ‘full package’ – a curated gift of lovely goodies that complement each other and make it super easy for you to treat someone special or just to give yourself a little pick up. It’s almost like someone has done the hard work for you, selecting the perfect collection of items that the recipient is going to love.
I don’t know about you, but carving out the time to curl up with a great magazine is sacred. We are all so busy, juggling lots of things, so when you do find that time it is really special. I wanted to make it even more special, by accompanying the magazine with a selection of other goods that would take this quiet time to yourself to another level.
WHAT’S INSIDE?
Above is the Special Moment box – named so as it includes a copy of our Special Anniversary Edition – a bumper issue of 200 pages which celebrated 10 years of 91 Magazine this year. It is a really lovely edition (if I do say so myself! :)) – almost like a book – jam-packed with gorgeous photography, inspiring interiors and stories from creative people. Along with it is a delicious bar of Bare Bones milk chocolate, a really unusual mint tea blend from Tea in the Moment – which is made from cacao beans giving it a hint of a mint chocolate flavour – a pack of wonderfully rose-scented incense sticks from Forest Mystic and a luxury pink dotted notebook by designer Katie Leamon for noting down ideas and inspiration from the magazine!
This is the slightly more expensive box at £52, due to the fact it includes the Special Edition.
The alternative box is the Quiet Moment box. The difference is that this includes our normal edition – which you can choose between either Volume 11 or Volume 12. The other items are the same although with variations on flavours/colours etc. So, inside we have a bar of Bare Bones dark chocolate, the Original blend of the Tea in the Moment cacao tea, the incense is a heady Indian Jasmine scent and the Katie Leamon notebook is the green, lined version. This box is £42-43, depending on which magazine is chosen.
The items come nestled in tissue paper and for a small additional fee which you can select when ordering, you can have this gorgeous luxury Katie Leamon gift wrap, to make it extra special! I know I would love to be unwrapping this on Christmas day! 🙂

BESPOKE GIFTS
If perhaps you’re working to a smaller budget, we also have the option to purchase the box items individually, so perhaps for a chocolate-loving friend, you could simply go for a magazine and a bar of chocolate, or if you know someone who is renovating their home, you could gift them the magazine and the notebook, so they can scribble down ideas for their own space. There are lots of different options for the perfect Christmas gift or for a birthday or when you just want to send someone a little something ‘just because’.

INDEPENDENT AND ETHICAL
I really wanted to showcase some of my favourite independent businesses in these gift boxes and have went for excellent quality brands who I know withhold similar values as we do here at 91. They are all ethically produced and plastic free. The branding is aesthetically beautiful and minimal in design and are made here in the UK (with the exception of the incense, which is ethically made in India).
